300k Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
Please read this document carefully before using the 300k platform. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") governs your use of the 300k platform, including the website, mobile application, and all related services provided by 300k. By registering an account, accessing, or using this platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 300k platform. This platform is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use is lawful under the local laws applicable to you.
300k reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Account Creation and Security
To access the full services of the 300k platform, you are required to register and create an account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity carried out through your account is your sole responsibility, whether performed by you or by another party using your login details.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or that there is suspicious activity, you must notify the 300k support team immediately at [email protected]. 300k will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account use if you fail to report the incident within a reasonable time.
3. User Responsibilities and Rules of Use
By using the 300k platform, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out herein. In particular, you agree not to:
- Using the platform for any purpose that is illegal or in violation of applicable regulations in Malaysia.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers, or related databases.
- Spreading false, misleading, or harmful content that damages the reputation of 300k or other users.
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the use of stolen credit card or banking information.
- Circumventing, bypassing, or manipulating the platform's bonus systems, promotions, or payment mechanisms in a dishonest manner.
- Using a third party's account without authorisation or sharing your account with another individual.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances obtained unlawfully, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits and Transactions
All financial transactions on the 300k platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into their account are from legitimate sources and belong to them personally. 300k does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of other users.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the procedures and timelines set by the platform. 300k reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal that exceeds a certain limit or where there are reasonable grounds to question the security or legitimacy of the transaction.
300k is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by technical issues on the part of banks, third-party payment providers, or telecommunications infrastructure beyond the platform's control. In the event of a transaction dispute, users must contact 300k customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.
Bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements and the specific terms stated at the time the offer is introduced. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of promotion terms may be voided without notice.
5. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The 300k platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 300k endeavours to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that it will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 300k shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. 300k's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to the platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 300k platform are the exclusive property of 300k or its respective licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 300k.
Third-Party Links
The 300k platform may contain references to or information about third-party services such as payment providers. 300k is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
300k reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time and for any reason deemed appropriate, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, requests from relevant authorities, or prolonged account inactivity. In cases where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, 300k reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the violating activity.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 300k customer support. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the platform's standard procedures, subject to compliance with all applicable terms.
Changes to Terms
300k reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time with appropriate notice. Notification of material changes will be provided via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 300k platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
